Drilling casing head is a standard assembly with mandrel and anchor hanger inside the shell. According to different casing fixing procedure and wellhead conditions ,different sized casing and hanger are used correspondingly,API 6B,or API 6 BX flange are used on top of the casinghead.The side outlet of it can be customized to line pipe thread or section threaded.
